Affiliate Terms and Rules

These Affiliate Terms and Rules apply to the sell, promotion and marketing of the Weight Management Education Course offered through Healthy Christians.

This Affiliate Terms and Rules governs the manner in which the this website collects, uses, maintains and discloses information collected from users (each, a 'User') of the this website and pages. This applies to this Site and the products and services offered to you as an Affiliate.

Allowable/Non-allowable Content

  • No Spamming of the Affiliate Link

  • No false representations of Healthy Christians, its course, "Weight Management Education Course ( ex. guarantees of weight loss, cures, no physicians or doctors input, meal plans or related matters to give the impression that our products, services or courses solves any or all healthy problems.

  • Not to advertise the Weight Management Education Course as a Business Opportunity. This course is Educational Only.

  • You can use the Affiliate Link and information on the registration and sale page to create any additional pages on your own website or social media networks, email, or text.

  • You can run paid advertising if you choose. You will incur all cost and no refund, re-imbursement or liability claims or damages to Healthy Christians related to this Affiliate Program, our products and services.

Affiliate Commission and Payout

  • Healthy Christians will paid a commission payout of 30%(thirty percent) of each sale.

  • We will conclude at the end of each month your referrals that have make a purchase. The commission payout period is a minimum of 30 days after the payment purchase, payable on or before the 14th of the following month.

  • You will be able to see your referral data (how many paid) in the back office portal.

  • Commission payouts will be through PayPal. We may use a different payout vendor if PayPal is unable to process commissions for any reason. We will notify you in advance if this is needed.

  • Taxes: You will be considered self-employed by the IRS and responsible for reporting your affiliate income and paying taxes. You may be required to fill out a Form W-9 to collect your taxpayer identification for earnings.

Personal identification information

We may collect personal identification information from Users in a variety of ways, including, but not limited to, when Users visit our site, register on the site, subscribe to the newsletter, and in connection with other activities, services, features or resources we make available on our Site. Users may be asked for, where appropriate, email addresses. Users may, however, visit our Site anonymously.

We will collect personal identification information from Users only if they voluntarily submit such information to us. Users can always refuse to supply personal identification information, however, it may prevent them from engaging in certain Site related activities.
